I have my brother's computer in my kitchen. his screensaver is a slideshow of all of his pictures. I thought I'd list out what he had. it gives you a feel for what was important to him and what he liked. all of these pictures are different.

I am so sorry about your brother. And about how you are feeling.
The photos are a really interesting way to get a handle on someone and what they enjoyed.
Telephone operators? You mean like old fashioned pictures of ladies in headsets putting calls through on a board? I never would of thought that was a "thing" but it is sort of romantic imagery.

I don't know what to say. I don't know your whole situation, but it sounds like you are dealing with pain beyond just dealing with your brother's death. That saddens me because you don't deserve that.

The pictures demonstrate how much your brother didn't belong to one category. He was richer than it sounds like some people wanted to think he was.
